IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (L1)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Provide first-line support for routine technical issues such as password resets, basic troubleshooting, and user inquiries.
- Manage the ticketing system: create tickets, detail issues accurately, and perform efficient ticket triage.
- Update and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to support end users and other support tiers.
- Use your foundational knowledge of our systems to effectively address and resolve basic IT issues.
- Take ownership of basic issues, strive for quick resolution, and escalate to L2 support when necessary.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Solid understanding of IT systems and standard support practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple issues.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and staying abreast of technological advancements.

SALARY:
1300-2070 Eur gross, the final offer will depend on your experience and qualifications for the role.
