WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop and implement an IT strategy which pushes tech forward and supports business goals;

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve high performance and professional growth;

• Oversee the creation of new and improve the existing IT products that will make placing millions of orders every year easier for our customers';

• Look for opportunities to improve and automate company processes;

• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in leadership;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;

• Proven ability to manage teams, systems, and expectations;

• Deep understanding of IT questions and the art of explaining tech issues to non-tech people;

• Strategic thinking, passion for innovation, and a can do attitude.

SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS 7500 - 11500 EUR/month gross. The final offer will depend on your experience and skills.
