The Head of Operations will ensure that our teams, processes, and partners work together to deliver customers' orders on time, accurately, and efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Manage the work of Barbora’s picking centers;

• Follow and improve key operational KPI’s, all of which come down to two things: quality and efficiency;

• Plan operational capacities according to the sales plan and adjust them as needed;

• Own the improvement of processes and cooperate with IT development team for continuous innovation;

• Coordinate with 3rd-party logistics partners.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCEED:

• 5+ years of operations, logistics, retail, e-commerce, fulfillment, or similar experience, with at least 2 years in leadership;

• Proven ability to manage teams, managers, and expectations;

• Deep understanding of process improvements: how they can impact customers, the company, and its people;

• Ability to make decisions based on facts and numbers;

• Strategic thinking and ownership.

SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS 6000 - 10000 EUR/month gross. The final offer will depend on your experience and skills.
