 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

•  Develop and implement a marketing strategy that pushes the brand forward and supports business goals;

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve high performance and professional growth;

• Have full responsibility for budgeting and timelines;

• Lead PR and communications: work with media and prepare key messaging and texts;

• Bring fresh, creative ideas and test new approaches based on data;

• Oversee marketing strategy, brand DNA, and strategic communications across the marketplaces.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCEED:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in leadership;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field;

• Proven ability to manage teams and expectations;

• Deep understanding of marketing questions and the art of explaining marketing strategy to non-marketing people;

• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, proactive behavior, and a can-do attitude.

SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS 4000 - 5700 EUR/month gross. The final offer will depend on your experience and skills.
