IT ADMINISTRATOR

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Managing and administering Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Intune), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Owning and maintaining the IT Assets lifecycle - including ordering, preparing, configuring, onboarding, and offboarding devices.
Providing onsite and remote support for issues related to networks, computers, access rights, and general IT troubleshooting.
Implementing, maintaining, and improving security solutions, including endpoint, identity, and data protection.
Creating, updating, and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and documentation to support operational consistency and compliance.
Monitoring internal systems and proactively addressing incidents or performance issues.
Automating and integrating internal workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, identity management, and core IT administration practices.
Experience with Windows and macOS workstation setup, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Good knowledge of network fundamentals (LAN/WiFi, VPN, DNS, routing, basic firewall concepts).
Familiarity with implementing and maintaining security tools (endpoint protection, MFA, conditional access, vulnerability tools).
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow structured IT processes.
At least 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar technical support role.
Experience with Terraform, Git, Python, or other scripting/programming languages (a plus).

SALARY
2800 - 3500 EUR GROSS, the final offer will depend on your experience and qualifications for the role.
